A listing and discovery platform. We introduce workers and employers to each other. We are not an employer, not a labour contractor, and not a party to any agreement you make. We do not guarantee that any job exists, that any worker is suitable, or that anyone will be paid.

Give accurate information about yourself, your business and your listings. Do not post work that is unlawful, unsafe, or that you do not intend to pay for. Do not create accounts for other people or impersonate anyone.

Employers must pay the wage they advertised and comply with applicable labour law, including rules on minimum wages and on the employment of minors.

Job Walla is free for workers. We never take a commission from wages. We do not process payments between employers and workers — all payment is arranged and made directly between you.

We remove accounts that ask workers for money, post fake listings, harass other users, scrape the platform, or misrepresent who they are. We may do this without notice.

Because we are not part of your agreement, we are not responsible for unpaid wages, workplace conduct, injury, or the quality of work done. Verify who you are dealing with and agree terms in advance. See the safety page for how.

These terms will change as the platform grows. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms. Governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Ranchi, Jharkhand.
